CREDIT CHARGES AND CREDIT FRAUD
CREDIT CARD AND MERCHANT SERVICE PROVIDER ACCOUNT CHARGES AND FRAUD PENALTIESYou warrant that You are not subject to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (you can read about the guidelines pertaining to COPPA here), are of legal age to enter into contractual agreements in the State or Country in which You are present when You make this purchase, and are the true and authorized owner of the credit card or merchant service provider account, or other form of payment, used to make this purchase. If You violate any of these requirements, You may be liable for civil or criminal prosecution and You agree to pay liquidated damages of an amount the equivalent of US $10,000 or the total retail price of the product, license, opportunity, or service ordered, whichever is greater, per fraudulent transaction, plus actual damages, and You agree that all information collected by this website may be used for prosecution and may be turned over to law enforcement agencies or to credit card companies and merchant service providers.

If the true and/or authorized owner of the credit card or merchant service provider account or other form of provider account attempts to commit fraud upon the Seller, he/she authorizes each and every credit card company, merchant service provider, or other provider, to disclose to the Seller all information that could be construed as proof of credit card, merchant service provider, or other, account fraud.

Anyone who attempts to perpetrate a fraud upon Seller involving the use of a credit card, merchant service provider account, or other payment processor, herewith gives authorization for the Seller to access all credit information about the individual or entity from credit reporting agencies and also authorizes the Seller to discover all relevant information from any source about the fraudulent practices of the individual or entity and to reveal such information to credit reporting agencies, credit card companies, merchant service providers, other payment processors, and law enforcement agencies.

You agree that if You use trickery to receive more than one refund, or if You cause a fraudulent dispute claim that results in a charge-back against the Seller's account, or if You cause any interruption to the Seller's ability to use the account, or if You cause any damage to the relationship or reputation of the Seller with any payment processor or provider, that the Seller is authorized to re-charge Your credit card or merchant service provider account  that was used for the original purchase to the extent that will make the Seller whole.

You agree to pay to the Seller both actual damages and liquidated damages of an amount equivalent to US $10,000 or the total retail price of the product, license, opportunity, or service ordered, whichever is greater, for every separate fraudulent action You commit.
