Terms:
1) Terms and Conditions As
PaidToWarp™ Program Participant, you agree to abide by the Member
and/or Purchaser Terms and Conditions. In addition to the Member and/or Purchaser Terms and Conditions, you agree to set up no
more than one single account in which you may include up to three (3) websites, web pages, or doorway
pages. You must add both the Visitor Multiplier Code
and the Banner Exchange Code to the website(s), web page(s), or
doorway page(s) you elect to include in your PaidToWarp™ Participant Account. You agree that you will not be entitled to earn
any visitor Credits whatsoever unless a version of both the Visitor Multiplier Code and the Banner Exchange Code have been added to
the website(s), web page(s), or doorway page(s) listed in your PaidToWarp™ Participant Account. (Such pages may also be referred
to as "activated page(s)" or as being "activated".) Once the website(s), web page(s), or doorway page(s)
included in you PaidToWarp™ Participant Account, you may not
make any changes whatsoever to the activated pages prior to the end of one cycle or all Credits associated with the activated
page(s) will be reset, you will lose any Credits you have earned (whether convertible to cash or to Banner impressions), and you will
begin a new cycle as discussed in item (4) below. You further agree that, at this time, you may
only earn Credits convertible to cash based on visitors to Navscreen™ Enabled pages and that the display of Banner images on your
website(s), web page(s), or doorway page(s) entitles you only to Credits at the current published exchange ratios found in the Member
and/or Purchaser Terms and Conditions which are not convertible to cash. 2) Payments
to PaidToWarp™ Members The TrafficCentral PaidToWarp™ program pays its participants once
per month, on the first day of each calendar month for those Credits banked during the first through the last day of the prior month.
If the payout day falls on a weekend or on a holiday, payment will be made on the next business day. Payments will be made to PaidToWarp™
members via PayPal or StormPay only. (NOTE: Other Node Owners have the option to pay their PaidToWarp™ members on any other day of
the month.)
The minimum amount that we will pay is $25.00. The maximum
amount you may earn during any one month period is $7.50 per Navscreen™
Enabled and Banner Exchange Code Enabled web page. Since a single PaidToWarp™ Participant account may have a maximum of VAR_paidToWarpMaxPages
Enabled web pages (including doorway pages), the maximum payout per month per Participant is $25.00
TrafficCentral has intentionally limited the maximum number of Credits you may earn, and thus the maximum amount you may be paid during
any one month period, in order to deter and prevent AutoSurf
activity on any Navscreen™ Enabled and Banner Exchange Code Enabled web page. All payouts
will be made via Paypal or Stormpay at this time. The net amount received by the PaidToWarp™ Participant will be the amount we pay
minus the payment processor's fees. In the event that neither of the named processors is unable to complete payment, or in the event
the PaidToWarp™ Participant does not have an account with any of the available payment processors, a hard check will be mailed to
the PaidToWarp™ Participant with $10.00 removed as a processing fee. The list of payment processors and the
methods of payment processing may change over time without notice. 3) Limitations
on Earning Credits Based on the current payment limitation, you may effectively earn
a maximum of up to 1,000 visitor Credits per Enabled page per day. Credits are earned for a single, unique IP address per 24 hour
period per visitor. This limitation is in place in order to deter and prevent AutoSurf
activity on any Navscreen™ Enabled and Banner Exchange Code Enabled web page. If we have any reason to believe that AutoSurf
activity is being used to enhance or increase the number of visitors per Enabled page, you agree
to allow us to view the log analysis of your site. If you refuse any request to review the log analysis of your site, then we
may temporarily or permanently disable your PaidToWarp™ Participant account and, at our discretion,
zero out any remaining balance in the Participant account. If you believe that your website should be granted an exception to
this limitation because of legitimate human oriented visitor rates, you may request that the maximum number of visitor Credits per
day be raised by emailing us. 4)
New PaidToWarp™ Cycle If your account has accumulated
a total of 40,000 visitor Credits by the last day of a given month, you will begin a new PaidToWarp™ cycle on the first of the following
month. After we convert your Credits into the amount you earn and pay you, your account credit balance is zeroed out.
To thank you for your participation in our program, though, we will then start your new PaidToWarp™
cycle with each participating PaidToWarp™ website, web page, or doorway page, being credited with 50,000 Banner impressions and 10,000
visitor Credits. We use this approach when paying you so that there exists no benefit of any kind to using any type of AutoSurf,
while still paying a very fair rate for our unstoppable REAL Human Visitor Traffic. When
you begin your new PaidToWarp™ cycle, there will likely be some residual traffic previously provided
to TrafficCentral between payout dates that you do not benefit from directly. However, you continue to benefit indirectly by
having the original 50,000 Banner impressions and 10,000 visitor Credits per Navscreen™ Enabled and Banner Exchange Code Enabled web
page or doorway page applied to your PaidToWarp™ Partipant Account. This benefit provides you with additional FREE visitors
and FREE Banner impressions for each of your Navscreen™ Enabled and Banner Exchange Code Enabled websites, web pages, or doorway pages
since your Enabled website(s), web page(s), or doorway page(s), participate collectively within the TrafficCentral Patent Pending
system. Each web page or website in your PaidToWarp™ Partipant Account may also benefit from being displayed beside, of having your
Banner(s) displayed on, other Members, Purchasers, and PaidToWarp™ Partipants sites. Note, however, that neither your participation
in this program, nor in any TrafficCentral related program, implies or guarantees a commitment to the overall success of your website's,
web page's, or doorway page's, intended objectives in any form. We make absolutely no claims regarding the profitability or the measurable
success of any website, web page, doorway page, or PaidToWarp™ Partipant member's account. 5)
Non-Transferrability and No Cash Value You may not transfer any of the original
50,000 Banner impressions or 10,000 visitor creditors, or any Credits earned through your participation in the PaidToWarp™ program
to sny other website(s), web page(s), or doorway page(s), other than those listed within your PaidToWarp™ Participant Account. Neither
Banner impressions nor visitor Credits have any cash value until final conversion under the above Rules and Terms. In addition, if
you have purchased Banner impressions or visitor Credits, you may not convert these back to cash. At this time, any and all
of our Warpbot™ packages are excluded from being used in the PaidToWarp™
program and any Warpbot™ package you may have purchased may not be converted back to cash through the PaidToWarp™ program. 6)
Miscellaneous Terms of Participation We
retain the right to change the geographically targeted category selected to the most appropriate geo-targeted zone available for the
primary country that the majority of the traffic generated by your Activated Pages comes from. You understand that this may
also cause the geo-targeted zone in which your website(s), web page(s), or doorway page(s) are shown.

AUTO-SURFING* OR SEMI-AUTOMATED SURFING ALLOWED
- ANYONE CAUGHT ACTIVATING A NAVSCREEN Enabled WEBSITE, WEB PAGE, OR DOORWAY PAGE IN AN AUTO-SURF PRGRAM, SEMI-AUTOMATED SURFING PROGRAM,
OR ALLOWING THE VIEWING OF ANY ACTIVATED PAGE BY ANY NON-HUMAN CLICK WILL HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED AND WE WILL PROSECUTE
FOR DAMAGES AS ALLOWED BY LAW! In the event that we suspect AutoSurfing or other unethical traffic generating practices,
the PaidToWarp™ Participant agrees to allow us to access any activated website hosting for log
review; or for the physical collection of traditional webserver log data via FTP for our local analysis, whichever we see fit to do.
All Credits in the PaidToWarp™ Participant's account (whether convertible to cash or not convertible to cash) will be held until log
data is analyzed. Any PaidToWarp™ Participant who does not agree to and does not conveniently providing direct log access will be
terminated from the program indefinetely and all Credits and/or monies due will be withheld. Anyone proven to have activated an AutoSurf
program a Paid to Warp™ Participant website, web page, or doorway page will be indefinitely put on a publicly shareable TrafficCentral
list of persons or companies for use by all Network Nodes, Resellers, and Affiliates in the TrafficCentral LLC Network as someone
that cannot participate in the TrafficCentral Network in any capacityy nor participate in any system associated with a TrafficCentral
affiliated website or business. You understand that we may randomly test any PaidToWarp™ Participant's traffic production by
requesting log data and by doing so, we are not necessarily indicating that we think there is a problem with your account or traffic
quality. We do this as a preventative deterrent to all PaidToWarp™ Program Participants. In addition, you agree that we may publicaly
report the results of any audits to all TrafficCentral LLC Network Nodes for public reporting, and to our member base, and make such
reports permanently available for customer, or potential customer, review. The benefit to you, as a PaidToWarp™ Participant, is that
we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to display an image or other logo for a period of 30 days following an audit that indicates
you have passed the scrutiny of a TrafficCentral traffic quality analysis. Details of the analysis
procedure will vary over time as technologies vary. In general the analysis will be focused on determining whether or not the traffic
being received by TrafficCentral through a PaidToWarp™ Participant is derived from real distributed human traffic and not from automated
traffic generating methods.[*NOTE: AutoSurfs
are defined as any script, system, piece of software, or technological discovery that initiates browser views or simulated website
views of web pages, or any form of auto-pilot surfing which causes the number of Credits
in any advertiser's account to change which causes the number of Credits in any advertiser's account to change
without human involvement or intervention. In otherwords, AutoSurfs can include, but are
not limited to, any type of browsing that does not require human involvement in the form of physical interaction with the computer
between views, or where a web page can be left open and automatically refreshed without human intervention or physical stimulation,
or by any other technology that bypasses a human being's involvement in the process of changing the number of
Credits in any advertiser's account.]
This program is experimental in nature and may be cancelled at any time without notice. These rules may change at
anytime, without notice. Any valid account balances will be paid out at the normal pay date for each payment cycle.
By participating in the Paid To Warp program, you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions
of TrafficCentral and the specific terms and conditions of the Paid To Warp™ program. |
