The exclusive Patent Pending technology that the TrafficQC
Traffic Exchange is built upon has a specialized feature that utilizes many
factors to make ad distribution fair to all members. The criteria used is based
on the member's level of participation in both the Traffic Exchange and the
Banner Exchange, the Credits in the members account, the number of sites in the
member's account conforming to TrafficCentral guidelines, and the content of the
Member's site. Taking these factors into consideration, the system (or system
operators) determine the ad distribution "priority level" of each
site.
All sites start out at the Consumer level of
participation. Based on the measures taken by the member, the site may increase
its priority level according to the following guidelines. If, at any time, the
member feels that his/her priority level is incorrect, (s)he can notify the
administrator via email and request an adjustment. We will use our best
efforts, discretion, and judgment in determining how well a Member's site fits
in with other members' sites in a specific Priority Level, and we will attempt
to place every Member's site at the highest possible Priority Level, following
the guidelines below. Your Priority Level will change over time as
members' sites change and we adjust the Priority Levels accordingly.
Inactive - Level 0 - Sites
in a non-approved or inactive state. This can happen if you fail to keep your
Member data current. For example, you move your website to a different domain
name or you change the location of your Banner. You must update your account by
logging into the Customer Back Office located on the Sites. If you fail to do so
and either your website or your Banner does not display properly when the
Technology attempts to display it to a human visitor, your site will be moved to
Level 0 - Inactive Priority. Sites that are malfuntioning, contain illegal or
hate information, or have questionable content will never receive approval and
will always remain at Inactive status. All malfunctioning, questionable content,
or illegal sites in a Member's account will be deactivated or immediately
terminated without warning. Once a site has remained at Inactive
status for a period of 30 days, TrafficCentral has the right to remove the site
from its database. This level is also used for admin use.
